Amazon has completely lost my trust after lying to me and making the exchange process more difficult than it needed to be. Despite my repeated assertions that it was not my fault, their customer service representatives insisted that the problem was caused by user error each and every time I contacted them. It's incomprehensible that they kept denying my problem despite promising to help me and ultimately providing me with nothing. As a result of this, I have canceled my Amazon account. I'm not going to reopen it, and I'm not going to let any of my children or grandchildren buy anything from Amazon until they address my concerns. Using their services is something I strongly discourage. I demand that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.

Amazon still hasn't responded to my issue... The last person I spoke to said that the call records would be reviewed, but there has still been no follow-up...
