Amazon Blocked My Account After Canceling Orders and Holding My Money and Gift Card

I shopped from Amazon. I have been a member and have been shopping for years. They suddenly canceled my orders and said it was a suspicious transaction. I said okay and they sent me an e-mail explaining what I needed to do. I did it. And they still didn't let me shop. On top of that, they took the money from my card and didn't send the product, and said it would be refunded to your bank within 3-5 business days. On top of that, they don't let me spend my ₺550 gift card and they have kept that one too. I called and wrote many times and they always said you're right. They also canceled my Prime membership, which I paid for. They hide my orders and I can't make any transactions. I talk on the phone and confirm that it is me, they keep saying you are very right, you are very right. I wanted to file a complaint here, if they continue to do so, I will file a lawsuit with the Consumer Court and I will try very hard everywhere.
