Amazon Turkey Fails to Deliver My Order and Ignores My Complaints

I ordered the product seen in the photos from Amazon.com.tr on April 22nd. In the tracking I made on Amazon, there was information that it was last distributed from Istanbul on 03 May. Then it said delivery at 20.00 on 08-09-10 May. Thinking that there was a mishap, I first called the aramex company and when I asked the tracking number 1995592001, they said that the product was in the delivery stage in Yurtiçi Kargo and gave a new tracking number called Yurtiçi Kargo 105377486822 tracking number. When I called Yurtiçi Kargo, they said that they supposedly came to my address 2 times and that I was called by phone, but they said that they could not reach me because the seller wrote the last two digits of the buyer (my) tlf on the cargo package incorrectly and said that the product was in the return stage. When I called Amazon, they said that my phone number on the product package was correct. I was promised that they would contact the domestic cargo company themselves, albeit with difficulty. I was told that the process would take time. I am still waiting for the product to be delivered to me. Amazon took the money after selling the product. It did not even enter the delivery tracking stages of the product into the system.Search for Aramex and you will find it. They did not even bother to contact domestic cargo, took the money and retreated to their corner... Domestic cargo, on the other hand, prepared a false report that I could not reach the customer and sent the product back instead of delivering it at my address and took the money ... I paid money, I could not receive the product, such a shame
