Amazon Refund Is Late Over a Month Now, Not a Single Response From Their Team

My order with the number 407-0385419-0088358 has been sitting in Amazon's refund queue for more than a month now. I have not gotten a single response from customer service despite sending over ten emails. I have requested a refund of nearly 2300 TL, but they have consistently refused. I will be forced to take legal action against Amazon if they do not resolve this matter soon. It is extremely annoying and unacceptable that there has been no communication and that my money is still not back. Without further ado, I demand that Amazon refund the money that is rightfully mine.
