My order with the number 407-0385419-0088358 has been sitting in Amazon's refund queue for more than a month now. I have not gotten a single response from customer service despite sending over ten emails. I have requested a refund of nearly 2300 TL, but they have consistently refused. I will be forced to take legal action against Amazon if they do not resolve this matter soon.
