Amazon Order Cancellation Issue


On March 8th, I mistakenly ordered an item from Amazon and immediately contacted their customer representative to cancel the order. The representative assured me that the order was canceled and the money would be returned within 3-5 business days. However, as of March 13th, the item is still marked as shipped and on its way for delivery. I contacted customer support again to inquire about this issue but was informed that the item could not be returned once shipped. They suggested that I refuse the delivery, but as I am located in Turkey, this is not a feasible option. I am disappointed with Amazon's policy of forcing customers to receive items that they do not want. Additionally, I was treated rudely by the team leader of Amazon's customer department, Sakthivel A, who abruptly ended our chat. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action against Amazon and Sakthivel. It is important to note that I have never spoken disrespectfully to any Amazon representative during this entire process.
