Amazon Prime Mismanaged Delivery and Customer Service
I've been an Amazon Prime member for about 20 months, and this is the first time I've had a problem with Amazon. They forgot to send an entire television from the warehouse, and to top it all off, they tried to deceive and leave the customer in a difficult situation by making misleading statements. Nobody seems to know what's going on, and all I get are robotic, repetitive responses like a broken record. There is no one with common sense who can provide the correct answer. "Where is the product?" I inquire, and no one knows. Someone claims it's stuck in the warehouse, while another claims they'll check with the shipping company, but the shipping company claims Amazon never sent it. How come these so-called customer service representatives can't provide a straightforward response when I have more information than they do? I'm astounded. How can such a well-known corporation be so poorly managed? If you are unable to deliver my product, please notify me and I will cancel the order and purchase it elsewhere. What do you think? Is it time to file a Consumer Rights lawsuit and make some noise in the tech media?
