My Amazon Prime Order Was Cancelled Meaninglessly

My order is being canceled for no reason. Amazon, which I have loved for years, has officially ruined my shopping experience for the last month. I am a Prime member and naturally want to buy Prime products. However, my orders are canceled by email which exceeds the basic needs of a household. I have talked to the customer representative many times, but no solution can be found. I opened a new email and a new account, became a Prime member, and the first product I bought had the same error again. In the products I buy, the laundry basket says that I bought it with a stockpile or for sale, but there is no data to prove it; it is completely arbitrary. I don't know what kind of solution I will find.
