Amazon Didn't Send the Victorinox Knife I Ordered

bought something from Amazon, but there was a big problem, the status said the item had been sent to me, but it was left in the cargo for 5 days. It turned out that the product was lost later when the shipping information was looked at. It took three days after this was made public before the refund was given, with the excuse that the "customer not accepting." No one from customer service has gotten back to me, even though they said they would. I was told that "Ms. D**** will handle your case and get back to you as soon as possible" on a follow-up call. It's been four days now, and I still haven't heard back. I'm now thinking about going to court. It seems like they are making fun of people and not caring about what they have to say.
