I made a purchase using the Amazon Prime app on May 2, 2025. The package has finally arrived, but I was quite disappointed to see its condition—the box was severely crushed, as if it had been mishandled during delivery. That by itself made me feel uneasy, but what truly concerned me was seeing the price of the item decrease soon after I finalized my purchase. I reached out to customer service regarding a refund for the price difference, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any significant response yet. I sense that my concerns are being overlooked regarding what appears to be a straightforward and reasonable issue to address. If the refund for the price difference isn’t processed, I will have to return the item. I’m really starting to doubt how Amazon manages issues after a sale.
