Amazon Didn't Deliver the TV on the Said Date, Delayed Delivery
purchased a television on July 17, 2023, from the Amazon website. The initial delivery date was scheduled for July 26, 2023. However, as the said date approached, it was postponed to a week later, which was August 2, 2023. But again, they postponed the delivery date to August 8, 2023. When I checked the cargo tracking section, it appeared that Amazon, the seller, had not yet delivered the product to the courier service. Now, as the third promised date is approaching, I'm concerned that they may postpone it once more. Additionally, there was a price difference, which makes me wonder if they are deliberately trying to take advantage of that difference. I reached out to customer representatives to inquire about the delay, but they couldn't provide a solution. I'm wondering if I need to file a complaint to address this issue.
