Amazon Refused My Refund After DPD Faked My Delivery Signature

I ordered something from amazon.de on February 5, 2025, but it hasn't shown up yet. DPD signed for my package and said it was delivered, but I never got anything. I reached out to Amazon about this, thinking they would look into it, but my refund request got denied without any real help. It's really frustrating to notice that Amazon's system appears to prioritize the seller and the shipping company over the customer, leaving me without my product and without any compensation. I shared everything I needed to, but my worries were ignored. I thought Amazon would take care of things, but now I just feel really disappointed. This experience has got me reconsidering whether I want to shop with them again.
