I ordered the electronic product DJI Mic Mini from Amazon on October 17, 2025 (Order No: 408-0176204-4753919). My order initially showed the delivery date as October 18, but the product was not delivered on that date. Afterwards, the delivery date was updated to October 20 in the system, but the delivery did not take place again. Each time, I was told that it would be contacted by customer service and forwarded to the technical team and sent as soon as possible. However, for the product that was not delivered on October 20, this time a date of October 23 was given. Again, when the product did not arrive, the delivery date was changed to October 27. Throughout this process, I contacted customer service many times and was told that my grievance would be resolved. Finally, the product was not delivered on October 27. When I reached the customer representative again in the evening, it was stated that the product was not in stock and would be sent to me as soon as it arrived. However, when I purchased the product, there were 2 items in stock and I was reminded that a product that is not in stock cannot be sold on Amazon. In previous meetings, reasons such as warehouse confusion were put forward. On the evening of October 27, they told me, "Due to a technical problem, we cannot supply the product you ordered, your order has been cancelled. Refund 5- An e-mail was sent saying "It will be done within 7 business days". I both lost time and was victimized in this process. I paid the price of the product as ₺5,296 by credit card. All my expectations and urgent needs not being met, the delivery date changing every time, Breaking promises and arbitrarily canceling the order, further victimizing me as a customer, is a clear indication that Amazon does not care about the customer. The fact that a large and corporate company acts so carelessly, arbitrarily and uncommunicatively, and that each customer representative gives a different explanation is a sign of a serious system problem. The faulty computer I bought from US Amazon in 2021 was sent to Turkey in three days; Here, a product was not sent for 10 days and was eventually cancelled. These events are seen as carelessness. I hope this complaint will guide other customers who are in urgent need.
