On December 18, 2024, I purchased the DJI Mini 4 Pro drone from an Amazon seller on Amazon TR, and it was delivered on December 20, 2024. Upon opening the package, I noticed the absence of camera protection gelatins and a camera gimbal protection pad, and there were fingerprints on nearly all the sensors. Although the product had no visible damage, I bought it as a brand-new item. Suspicious of these deficiencies, I contacted Amazon customer service. They assured me that Amazon does not sell second-hand products and suggested the item might have been opened for quality control due to its high cost. However, after completing the initial setup, I grew even more suspicious that the product had been previously used. I contacted customer service again, and while they offered a return or exchange, the seller was out of stock. They advised me to add the item to my list and wait. To avoid any damage to the product and ensure I could prove my case, I refrained from using it. Despite repeatedly explaining that I wanted only a one-to-one exchange, Amazon could not provide a solution and kept asking me to wait. During this time, I purchased additional accessories to use the product for work. After waiting for a prolonged period, I gave up on the product and Amazon entirely. I decided to return it and purchase it elsewhere, despite the price difference. While preparing to return the product, I noticed a shipping label on the box I had initially missed, which said "Amazon return." This confirmed my suspicion that the product had been previously returned. I contacted Amazon customer service again, explained the situation, and initiated a return. When I tried to leave a review on the product's purchase page to inform others of my experience, my comment was rejected and deleted three times, despite containing no offensive or inappropriate language. This prevented others from receiving accurate information. Therefore, I decided to share my experience here: when buying high-cost products from Amazon, treat them as if they are non-returnable, as the return process and acknowledgment of their mistakes can be lengthy and frustrating.
