Amazon Delayed and Canceled My Order Without Explanation, Creating Major Discomfort
When I paid for the product I ordered from Amazon on August 11, 2024, after the "your order has been received" message, it would always go to the "your order is being prepared" section and the product would be delivered within a maximum of 1 week, even if it was from America. This time, the message that you can follow the status of your order through the message sent to your e-mail address remained constant for 4 days. I asked the call center on August 14th. He told me not to worry, that he tried to cancel the order, and since it was not canceled, it was ready for shipping and I would receive it after the usual process. When I looked again today, my order was not visible. When I looked at the bank application in panic, I saw that a refund had been made to my credit card. The product was completely deleted from the orders on my page. I called the call center again. The lady said that it was canceled because the maximum order price, which will be valid on August 21, will decrease from 150 Euros to 30 Euros. Then why was my order accepted on the 11th? Why was the product, which always arrived in 5-6 days even from the farthest place in America, kept waiting? Why was it canceled just 6 days before the 21st? I was victimized because I received a gift. Amazon should have taken precautions in advance and not accepted the order. If the order is accepted and the call center confirms it, I want my grievance to be resolved. I request that my order be processed immediately.
