Amazon Fails to Honor Warranty

I'm very disappointed that my warranty rights have not been honored from beginning to end. Despite the fact that my product arrived at the seller almost two weeks ago, my return has not been approved. Amazon, which claims to offer comprehensive guarantees, is refusing to accept my return. The A to Z Guarantee page is still unavailable. This situation prevents me from receiving my refund. I'm completely dissatisfied, and I vow never to shop on Amazon again. I will also not recommend it to anyone. There is no one to speak with, and I can't even get to the necessary page. It's disheartening when a well-known platform fails to keep basic promises. My experience is shared by many others who have faced similar challenges. It's past time for Amazon to rethink its customer service and ensure transparency in its processes.
