On June 20, 2023, I ordered a cat litter box from their website, which cost me 498.50 TL. However, instead of receiving the product I ordered, they sent me a completely different and much cheaper model worth around 200 TL. I have attached pictures of the item I ordered and the one I received. I contacted Amazon customer service through both phone and chat, but they informed me that they couldn't send me the correct item and could only provide a refund. To make matters worse, they asked me to shoulder the responsibility of returning the oversized package to the shipping company, which is located 7 km away. As a Prime member, I am extremely disappointed and feel deceived. Not only did they send me a cheaper product instead of what I ordered, but when I realized the deception, they demanded that I carry the large package to the distant shipping company for the return. They made it clear that they wouldn't offer any other form of reimbursement.
