So, back in April 2023, I ordered something from Amazon with order number 402-0846288-6888349 and was super excited for it to arrive. It's been a whole month and unfortunately, the item still hasn't arrived. I was so annoyed by the delay that I decided to ask for my money back - 259.71 TL, to be exact. They said when the product gets to the warehouse, they'll start the refund process. It's right there on the website. But, even after waiting for like a month, I still haven't seen my money coming back. This whole thing is their mess, I've followed the instructions and given all the info needed for the refund. they're slacking lately. This delay is such a bummer, soured on shopping altogether.
