Amazon Returns My Cat Litter Order Without Delivering, I Want It Back!!!
Amazon sent me six bags of cat litter. My package got to Istanbul in three days, but for some reason it was held for weeks in the "have a safe journey" shipping category. There was nothing they could do to deliver it; they lied and kept me in the dark. In the end, they called me without any shame to say they had returned my package and thanked me for being patient. I don't like that they were understanding; I missed the discount. Amazon wouldn't have bothered to give me any updates if I hadn't asked them to. When I first talked to Amazon, they said they would deliver on Saturday, but they haven't contacted me since then. When I contacted them again through Amazon, they said they would get back to me in 48 hours. There was still no answer, though. Finally, they had the nerve to call me to say that they had returned my package. Instead of quickly delivering the six bags of litter, they chose to make things more difficult for most people by delivering smaller packages, which saved their day in a flash. To put it simply, they say they can't deliver and suggest that you pick up the item from the supposed location. Of course, the easiest thing for them to do is to just send the items back, which shows that the courier service is careless and dishonest and doesn't care about people's problems. Even though Amazon is having a hard time, I will still use them. But I warn other people to be careful, because a big company like Amazon can cause a lot of trouble by working with a company that acts in this way.
