Amazon Hasn't Shipped My Philips vacuum For 2 Weeks
I purchased a Philips vacuum cleaner from Amazon.com.tr on July 16. With one cat and one dog at home, I needed a reliable vacuum, but to my dismay, it broke down after just two weeks. I immediately contacted Amazon, hoping for a swift replacement, but to my surprise, they have not delivered my product even after two weeks, leaving me frustrated and concerned about its whereabouts. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation and expressing my fear that the item may be lost, Amazon's response has been disheartening. They've repeatedly turned down my requests, leaving me without the 21,000₺ vacuum cleaner I paid for. Ironically, I received a 100₺ cat litter within two days, highlighting the inconsistency in their delivery service. I am extremely disappointed with Amazon's handling of this matter, and I urge them to take immediate action to find and deliver my vacuum or provide a suitable resolution.
Now the delivery has been delayed by 2 more days.
