Yalla Ludo Account Banned Until 2108 – Appeal for Unban

I would like to request your kind reconsideration of the ban imposed on my Yalla Ludo account. My account was banned on 14/07, after another person accessed it and misused it by offering to “sell diamonds” without my knowledge or personal consent, by exploiting my login data. I acknowledge that I made a security mistake by trusting this person and allowing them to access my account, but I never intended to violate the game rules or engage in any prohibited activity. After discovering what happened, I changed all passwords and fully secured my account so that such misuse does not occur again. My account is on an Android device, and when I try to log in I now receive a message stating that the account is banned until 04-09-2108. This means a very long-term ban that will permanently deprive me of my account, although I was not the one who carried out the violation personally. I kindly ask you to give me one last chance, lift the ban on my account, and allow me to continue playing in accordance with your rules.
