My Pocket Option Trading Account Blocked - Please Unblock My Account

I have a real trading account with Pocket Option, and on 19th (recently) my account was suddenly blocked for an alleged rules violation. The platform is showing that my account has been blocked due to a violation of Article 2.2 of the Public Offer Agreement. However, I have not received any clear or detailed explanation about what exactly I allegedly did wrong. There is approximately 1,000 INR in my Pocket Option account which I can no longer access or withdraw because of this block. I contacted customer support but I have not received a meaningful response or a solution and my account is still blocked. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I receive a clear explanation of the alleged violation with evidence, and that my real account be unblocked or my 1,000 INR balance be returned to me as soon as possible.
