Unknown Quxin Transactions Without My Consent
Today at around 3:42 pm, my TNG eWallet suddenly showed a successful RM10 eWallet payment to “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited” with the description “Skala Penilaian Kendiri SCL-90,” although I did not make any such purchase, authorize this transaction, or knowingly use this service. This situation makes me worried about the security of my TNG eWallet account and payment details, because the transaction appeared without my knowledge or consent. I am requesting that this RM10 be fully refunded to my TNG eWallet and that TNG investigate how this transaction was processed on my account. I also kindly ask TNG to block and prevent any future charges from this merchant or similar unauthorized transactions on my account, and to inform me of any security measures taken or if I need to perform any additional steps to secure my account.
