Parimatch Deposit Successful but ₹1,500 Not Credited to Account

On 19 June I attempted to make a deposit of 1,500 to my Parimatch account, but the money was taken from my payment method and the deposit was never credited to my Parimatch balance. I have a payment confirmation showing that the 1,500 transaction was completed successfully, yet my Parimatch account still does not reflect this amount and I have not received any satisfactory explanation. I am very unhappy that such a simple deposit process has turned into a loss of funds for me. I request that the missing 1,500 be immediately credited back, either to my Parimatch account balance or refunded to my original payment method, and that written confirmation be provided after this is done.
