Order Delay and Price Increase on Amazon Turkey

On July 16, I placed an order, and by July 19, it had yet to be shipped. I noticed that the same item was now listed at a higher price on the same link (which was originally sold by Amazon but is now shown by another seller). The customer service chat provided insufficient information and was unable to resolve the issue. The phone support was more helpful, explaining that the item I ordered was out of stock and they were having difficulty restocking it. However, the price increase suggests that the order was canceled with the intention of selling it at a higher price. This situation is not what I expect from Amazon and should be reported to Amazon Global. Amazon Turkey appears to be slipping behind its local competitors.
