Ridiculous Sellers On Aliexpress And Thanks Aliexpress For Nothing

I've never seen a website that doesn't care as much about the customer as Aliexpress. The sellers are already terrible and the site does nothing to protect the customer. I bought a Sonizoon brand SSD and it is obviously faulty. It started to cause problems less than a month ago and I wanted to return it, but the seller is doing his best not to take it back or saying that he can return 60% of the amount and making ridiculous excuses like "I'm trying to deduct the shipping cost". When I try to connect to live support, a bot gives me no choice, saying things like "contact the seller if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the dispute". Also, the seller made fun of me by saying that the problem was caused by the chip they used in this disk and that if I returned the product, he would give me 50% of the product price so that I could buy the problem-free version of the product. You really are a joke.
