No Returns, Customs Problems, and Poor Customer Service From AliExpress
I've been an AliExpress customer for years, and I've noticed a significant decline in their service. In the past, I received products without any issues, but now it's a different story. They no longer accept returns, and when I've tried, they always find excuses to avoid it. Recently, I placed an order similar to my previous one with order number 3026005341905597. While the new order arrived without problems, this particular product never made it to me. Customs confiscated it, even though I hadn't reached my monthly limit, and it's been stuck in customs. To make matters worse, customs is asking for ten times more than the product's value. Naturally, I requested a refund. However, AliExpress has been far from helpful. They simply don't care about the issues their customers face. It's frustrating to see that they no longer stand behind their products, and we, the customers, are the ones being victimized. Be cautious when dealing with AliExpress!
