I placed an order on AliExpress for shoes, a jacket, and a shirt. The delivery was promised for June 5 or 6, but my package didn’t arrive until June 10. That delay was just the beginning of the problem.
When the items finally arrived, I was shocked at how cheap and low-quality they were. Nothing looked like the product photos or matched the descriptions. The materials were flimsy, and the stitching was poor. These items were clearly not what was advertised.
I immediately filed a return request, but it was rejected without any reasonable explanation. Now I’m stuck with worthless items I didn’t want, and I’m completely dissatisfied with how the seller and AliExpress handled the situation.
This isn’t just about a late delivery—it’s about being misled and then denied a fair return. I feel taken advantage of.
AliExpress, if you care about your customers, start holding your sellers accountable. You approved and listed these products, and now you’re ignoring your responsibility. I demand a refund of the full amount I paid—₺ wasted on garbage is unacceptable. I will never order from AliExpress again.
