AliExpress Sent Me a Faulty 1TB Memory Card and Refuses Refund

I purchased a 1TB memory card from AliExpress, but when I inserted it into my phone, the device couldn't read it at all. Worse, my phone began to lag and nearly crashed—it felt like it was on the verge of shutting down permanently because of this defective product.
I submitted multiple photos as proof and contacted AliExpress several times, yet I received no real support, no refund, and no replacement. It’s incredibly frustrating. Out of three items I ordered in total, two arrived faulty. This is unacceptable for any marketplace, let alone one that claims global trust.
My confidence in AliExpress is completely broken. I expected a basic level of customer service—either a proper return process or a working replacement—but got ignored instead.
AliExpress, I demand immediate action: issue my refund or send a working product. Don’t keep dismissing your customers. This kind of negligence damages your platform’s reputation.
