Pull&Bear Refused to Replace a Defective Gift T-Shirt Because I Did Not Have the Receipt

I received a Pull&Bear T-shirt as a gift, but the product has obvious manufacturing defects. The sleeve seams are uneven, causing one sleeve to stick out awkwardly, and the flaw is noticeable at first glance. I did not expect this level of quality from a brand like Pull&Bear.
The T-shirt was purchased approximately three weeks ago. When I took the item to a Pull&Bear store to request assistance regarding the defect, I was informed that no action could be taken without the original receipt. Since the T-shirt was given to me as a gift, I do not have access to the receipt, leaving me stuck with a product that is clearly defective.
I do not believe it is fair to deny assistance solely because I cannot provide a receipt when the manufacturing defect is obvious and visible. The issue is related to the quality of the product itself, not normal wear and tear or misuse.
I am requesting that this defective T-shirt be exchanged, at no additional cost, for the same model in proper condition. I also ask that the product be inspected and evaluated based on its visible manufacturing defects rather than being rejected solely due to the absence of a receipt.
