Zara Pants Developed White Streaks After the First Wash and Became Unusable

I purchased a pair of pants with product code 5575/229/800 through the Zara mobile app in Izmir on February 11, 2026. I wore the pants only once and then washed them at 30°C according to normal care instructions. After just the first wash, straight white streaks appeared on both legs of the pants, leaving the garment with a visibly damaged and unacceptable appearance.

The washing process was carried out under standard conditions and in accordance with the product’s care recommendations. For this reason, I believe the issue is directly related to the fabric quality or a manufacturing defect rather than any misuse on my part. A product that has only been worn once and washed properly should not deteriorate to this extent after a single wash.

I contacted Zara regarding this issue, but my complaint was not resolved and no satisfactory solution was offered. I do not accept that a product from a well-known brand should become unusable after such limited use and proper care.

Because of this quality problem, I am requesting either a full refund for the defective pants or a replacement with a new, defect-free product of the same model. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced.
