I live in Muratlı, Tekirdağ, and I have been experiencing ongoing difficulties with Zara’s return process because there is no DHL branch or drop-off location in my district. For Zara online purchases, return shipments are automatically assigned to DHL, and this creates a significant problem for customers living in areas without local DHL services. I have been facing similar issues for approximately one year. My current return request has been created under return label number 000276913181001.

The nearest DHL locations to Muratlı are in Çorlu or the Tekirdağ city center, both of which are at least 30 minutes away from my residence. In order to complete a return, I am forced to take time off work and travel to one of these locations. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that, in the past, DHL has collected a Zara return package directly from my home address, so I know that this type of service has been provided before.

When I contacted DHL customer service, I was informed that there are already known issues with Zara returns and that home pickup is not available. Unfortunately, no practical solution was offered. Meanwhile, my return deadline is approaching, and no courier has been assigned to collect the package. As a result, both my ability to return the product and receive my refund are at risk.

My immediate request is for DHL to collect my current Zara return directly from my address so that the return can be processed without further delay. In addition, I would like Zara to implement a permanent solution for customers in Muratlı who repeatedly face the same difficulties due to the lack of local DHL return options.
