Zara Store Pickup Order Delayed and Still Missing Before My Flight
On May 19, 2026, I placed an order with Zara for 13 items and selected store pickup from the Ankara Ankamall location. At the time of purchase, I chose May 23 as the pickup date and expected the order to be available at the store by then.
However, I was later informed that the delivery date had been postponed due to holiday-related shipping delays. Since then, I have not received any clear or reliable information regarding the status of my order. I have only been told that the shipment is on its way to the store, but I have no way of knowing where the products currently are, which city they are in, or when they are expected to arrive.
This uncertainty has become especially problematic because I have a flight scheduled for 7:50 a.m. on June 3. My available time to collect the order is extremely limited, yet the products still have not reached the store. Despite repeatedly checking for updates, I have not been provided with a specific delivery estimate or any meaningful tracking information.
I am requesting immediate clarification regarding the exact status and location of my order, as well as prompt action to ensure the products arrive at the Ankara Ankamall store before my departure. I would also appreciate transparent communication regarding any further delays so that I can make appropriate arrangements.
