Zara Has Not Delivered My Order for Over a Month and I Cannot Reach Support

On May 1, 2026, I purchased the “Thick Knit Top” through the Zara app. My order number is 5467*****26, and I paid approximately $17 by credit card. The estimated delivery date was listed as May 7, yet today is June 2, and more than a month has passed without my order being delivered.

One of the most frustrating aspects of this experience is the complete lack of accessible customer support. Neither the Zara app nor the website provides a customer service phone number that customers can call. The only available communication channel appears to be WhatsApp. However, despite contacting that service multiple times, I have only been met with automated responses and have been unable to reach a live customer representative. As a result, I cannot obtain any meaningful information about my order or determine where my shipment currently is.

I am experiencing significant inconvenience due to the lack of transparency. If the product is out of stock, I would like to know why it was offered for sale. If it is in stock, I would like to understand why it has not been shipped after such an extended period. What makes the situation even worse is that no proactive communication or explanation has been provided regarding the delay.

As a customer who placed an order on time and completed payment in full, I expect Zara to fulfill its obligations. I request the immediate shipment of my order, a clear explanation regarding the delay, and appropriate action to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced. I also believe customers should have access to a direct communication channel where they can speak with a representative and receive proper assistance when issues arise.
