Airbnb Fails to Provide Refund for Rental in Antalya Kas

I booked a rental property with the code HM28YA2TXF in the Kaş region of Antalya through Airbnb. The reservation had a non-refundable policy. However, due to a sudden family tragedy where my brother-in-law passed away, I was unable to proceed with the trip. Despite reaching out to the host multiple times via messages and phone calls, there was no response whatsoever. Airbnb proved to be ineffective in resolving the issue. As a first-time user, I'm truly disheartened by the lack of support and assistance in such a difficult situation. This experience has shaken my trust.
