Visa Denial and Lack of Refund with Agoda Travel Booking
On June 1, 2023, I booked a Benelux & Paris Tour through White Tourism via Booking Agora for 800 Euros, inclusive of a 180 Euro payment for visa processing. Despite applying for my visa with an appointment scheduled for July 4, I faced unexpected denial on July 27. The lack of prior information from White Tourism and Booking Agora regarding visa refusal consequences and potential cancellations left me in a challenging situation. They informed me, just four days before the tour, that no refund could be processed due to the proximity of the tour start date. The delay in visa notification was beyond my control, and my concerns were disregarded, leading to frustration. In this challenging economic climate, it is disheartening not to receive a full refund for a journey I couldn't embark on and from which I received no service. I seek information and assistance on this matter.
