Agoda Reservation Discrepancy and My Inconvenience
I made a reservation for the Business Life Boutique Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul, through Agoda for the dates of July 25-28, 2024. Despite receiving confirmation from Agoda, the hotel informed me that there was no reservation under my name. This caused significant disruption to my travel plans and caused me considerable inconvenience. It is surprising to encounter such an issue with a reputable platform like Agoda. I demand that Agoda cancel my reservation and compensate me for the financial and emotional distress this has caused. I have contacted Agoda customer service but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. I am sharing this experience to inform others and urge Agoda to improve its services.
