I booked a stay at the Jaipur Vesta International Hotel through Agoda, which included a refundable amount promised after three months. I submitted my refund claim back in March, following all the necessary steps, but I haven’t received a single update since. There was no confirmation email, no notification—just silence. When I check the app, the status still shows “Requested,” and nothing has changed for months. It’s frustrating not to even get a basic acknowledgment, let alone the refund. I expected a more transparent and responsive process from a platform like Agoda. I’m asking for a clear update on when this refund will be processed or credited to my account. My booking ID is 1492475213—please resolve this promptly.
