Agoda Charged Me for Hotel Reservation but Hotel Has No Record
I booked a hotel through Agoda.com and received a confirmation, with the payment successfully taken from my account. I have the reservation number, reference number, and an official confirmation, yet when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my booking. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially from a platform that promotes itself as trustworthy. I am essentially stranded, having paid for a reservation that the hotel doesn’t recognize. Agoda, please resolve this issue immediately and ensure my booking is honored or issue a full refund. Customers shouldn’t be left in such distress after making a legitimate payment and receiving confirmation. I expect an urgent response and resolution to this situation.
