Canceled Adobe Free Trial Same Day but Still Got Billed

22

On January 18, 2026, I started a free trial for Adobe Premiere Pro and canceled the trial the same day. Despite this, $12 was charged to my account. Even though I did not use the product and canceled the trial on time, I find it unfair that I was still charged.

Because this charge was made during a period when I believed my subscription had already been canceled, I have been financially harmed. I do not want to pay for a service I did not use, and I request that this issue be corrected immediately.

I demand a full refund of the $12 charged to my account and clear confirmation that my Adobe Premiere Pro subscription has been completely terminated.
