Adobe Customer Service Won’t Resolve Unauthorized Billing
I previously purchased a one-year Adobe Creative Cloud subscription of my own choice. Before completing the full year, I canceled the subscription and also paid a cancellation fee. I was certain that all my subscriptions had been terminated. Despite this, I noticed that for the past two months, I have been regularly charged for an Adobe Pro package that I never purchased.
The payments are being charged to my Yapı Kredi credit card ending in 8453. I did not start an Adobe Pro subscription, yet approximately $11 per month is being deducted. When I try to cancel, I am asked to pay another cancellation fee, which has caused me serious financial distress. I consider this situation unfair and a breach of trust.
The email address associated with my Adobe account is a***********@gmail.com. I attempted to contact customer service but was unable to reach an authorized representative, so I have not been able to resolve this issue directly with Adobe. I demand a refund of all unauthorized charges made to my card, the complete termination of all subscriptions on my account, and assurance that no further charges will be made to my card.
I also request a clear and detailed explanation of how these unauthorized charges occurred and that the hardship I have experienced be resolved urgently.
