Adobe Subscription Charged My Card After Cancellation

I started a one-week free trial for Adobe Photoshop. I only used the product for one day and, since I was not satisfied, I canceled the subscription before the trial period ended. Despite this, today I was charged $16 for the Photoshop Pro version.
Even though I canceled within the trial period, this amount was still deducted from my card, which has caused me financial harm. The email address associated with my Adobe account is a************@gmail.com. I tried contacting Adobe customer support regarding this issue, but I was unable to reach an authorized representative and my problem remains unresolved.
Although I canceled during the free trial period, $16 was still charged to my account. I request a full refund of this amount and that my subscription be completely terminated.
