Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription Overcharged Without Notification

I initially signed up for an Adobe Creative Cloud student plan at ₺127.20. However, without any prior email or message notification, the cost unexpectedly increased to ₺837.60. This sudden hike was shocking, especially as I had chosen the "annual plan, monthly payment" option when subscribing, with no mention of automatic renewal or price changes.

Currently, the student plan is advertised at ₺382.61, but I am unable to re-subscribe as my previous subscription was recently canceled. This has caused a significant financial loss of around ₺950 for two months.

I am requesting an immediate refund of this overcharged amount and a reinstatement of my subscription under the correct student plan. Adobe, please resolve this issue promptly.
