Adobe Renewed My Annual Plan Without Consent
I originally subscribed to Adobe's annual plan on May 23, 2024, thinking I could manage it on my terms. However, on May 22, 2025, my subscription was automatically renewed without my permission, and I received no notification about any price increase or upcoming charges.
When I attempted to cancel the renewal, I was told that doing so would result in a penalty of nearly ₺8000, which is absolutely unacceptable. I never agreed to automatic renewal at this rate, and no advance warning was provided regarding changes to the subscription terms or pricing.
I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my Adobe plan without penalty. It’s unreasonable to expect users to pay such a massive fee for trying to cancel something they never explicitly agreed to continue. This is not how a transparent or customer-oriented company should operate.
Adobe must stop renewing subscriptions without clear consent and ensure users are properly informed about pricing and cancellation policies. I demand that my subscription be terminated without charge and that Adobe issue a policy review to avoid such unfair practices in the future.
