Adobe Charged Me Twice for Student Plan and Full Package - I Want a Refund
Dear Sir/Madam, Despite having an Adobe student account, I am being charged for two different subscriptions each month. I am currently subscribed to the Student and Teacher plan, which costs ₺382 per month, but an additional charge of ₺1,378 for the full package subscription is also being deducted from my account. I have only subscribed to the Student and Teacher plan and have not purchased or used the full package. Therefore, I believe the charge for the full package is incorrect and unjustified, and I kindly request a refund for this amount. Additionally, when I attempt to cancel this subscription, I am required to pay a termination fee of approximately ₺4,800. It is unfair to demand such a high cancellation fee for a service I have not purchased. I request that this issue be resolved and that only the Student and Teacher plan fee be charged to my account. I kindly ask for this matter to be addressed promptly and for confirmation regarding the resolution. Best regards.
