Adobe Charging Me Monthly ($9) but Creative Cloud Won’t Recognize My Subscription

For about two months, even though $9 USD has been automatically withdrawn each month from my bank card under “adobe.com saggart Dubl ie” for my Adobe Cloud Desktop membership, I cannot access any Adobe Creative Cloud applications. When I try to sign in to the apps, I am shown new membership and pricing offers, and my existing subscription does not appear at all.

My membership is on an annual plan, billed monthly. I only log in from my computer and do not use any other device. Around the time the issue began, I tried updating my computer and attempting to sign in with my account again, but I was unsuccessful. When I tried to contact Adobe customer service, I received a “not exist” error on the email address I previously used and was unable to get any support. My sales transaction number is 242304. The email associated with my account is i***********@gmail.com.

I request that my issue be resolved and that I be compensated for the two months during which I was unable to use the service. I kindly ask that the necessary support be provided.
