Adobe Acrobat Subscription Charged Me Without Active Membership

I have a subscription for the Adobe Acrobat app, but I noticed ₺36 was charged to my account last week, despite my membership not appearing in the Play Store. This morning, I also received a notification stating the payment could not be processed because of insufficient funds.
I cannot locate my subscription in the app, yet Adobe continues to attempt charges to my account. I want to contact customer support immediately to address this issue. I do not want my account to be charged monthly without a clear and active subscription. Please resolve this matter and provide clarity about my subscription status.
