Adobe Charging Me Without an Active Plan — Repeated Withdrawals From My Bank

On November 6, 2025, an amount of $11 was withdrawn from my İş Bankası account under the name “Adobe Saggart, Dublin.” When I checked through my Adobe account (e*****@gmail.com), I saw that I have no active subscriptions or paid plans. In addition, this withdrawal has been repeating periodically for the past three months, and multiple unauthorized charges have been made in total.

It is extremely concerning that money is being withdrawn from my account without permission for an Adobe Acrobat Reader service that I am not using and do not have a subscription for. I did not receive any invoices, emails, or SMS notifications for any of these charges. I tried canceling subscriptions and removing my card details, but the issue has not been resolved.

Therefore, I request:

A detailed explanation of these transactions,

A full refund of all amounts withdrawn without my authorization,

The necessary security and subscription checks to prevent this from happening again,

The cancellation of my subscription and any paid services, if any exist.

I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
