How to Contact Adobe for Refund After Duplicate Payment

In my Adobe subscription, I was charged twice on October 9 and 10. The first payment was for ₺478.80, and the second was for ₺597.60. Both charges were made from my MasterCard ending in 6684, associated with my account registered under h***********@icloud.com**. I subscribed directly through Adobe’s official website, and these two payments were for the same subscription.

I tried contacting Adobe customer service to resolve the issue, but I couldn’t find any official contact or email address, and therefore received no assistance.

I request a full refund for the duplicate charges, as both payments were wrongfully withdrawn for the same membership.
