Frustrating Adidas Soccer Cleat Splitting

I recently purchased a pair of Adidas soccer cleats from Hepsiburada Sportive. However, only one week later, I discovered that the cleat's bottom teeth had ripped apart. I promptly filed a return request, hoping for a replacement or refund. To my surprise, Hepsiburada Sportive declined our request, citing an unfavorable outcome related to the product. I bought these cleats with confidence in the Adidas brand, and now I'm looking for a resolution to this ordeal. I kindly request that they address my complaint by replacing the damaged cleats with a new pair as soon as possible. This experience has left me disappointed, and I am hoping for a quick and satisfactory resolution to my inconvenience.
