Adidas Warranty Denied - Peeling Shoes Blamed on User Error

42

I bought a pair of athletic shoes from Adidas. Upon receiving the order through their website, I observed some peeling around the top holes of the shoes. The sale was made with the promise of a warranty, but unfortunately, after inspection, coverage under the warranty was denied.
I asked for a report to get some clarity on the situation, but unfortunately, I didn't receive one. The peeling of the sports shoes was deemed to be the result of user error. I would like to express my frustration with this situation and am considering taking legal action to address my concerns.
